Oak & Sand

This project is a warm, modern space designed to feel calm, effortless, and quietly luxurious. We worked with soft wood tones, natural textures, and sculptural furniture to create a sense of flow and ease throughout the home.

The dining room is bold but grounded, with rust-colored velvet chairs and oversized art adding personality to the clean lines. In contrast, the bedroom and living areas are more pared back, soft, layered, and intentionally simple.

Every detail was chosen to make the space feel inviting but refined, somewhere you actually want to live, not just look at.
